Terms and Conditions

Your booking is only secured once a deposit payment of £100 per car is received. Any form of deposit payment is strictly NONE REFUNDABLE.

Any cancellations on your behalf made by yourself or any third party at point will result in loss of deposit.

Balance payments are due 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Any cancellations made within 10 weeks of the wedding date will be payable at the full balance price – bookings can only be rescheduled once the balance payment has been paid if within 10 weeks of the wedding date.

Any date change is subject to availability and will result in loss of deposit if your new chosen date can not be fulfilled by ourselves.

By making a booking with Showtime Wedding Cars, you grant permission for Showtime Wedding Cars to take, obtain, use, reproduce, edit, publish and display any photographs, videos or other media captured during the provision of our services for marketing, advertising, promotional and social media purposes, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, our website and printed marketing materials.

All photographs, videos and other media created, captured or commissioned by Showtime Wedding Cars remain the sole property of Showtime Wedding Cars. We retain all copyright, intellectual property rights and usage rights relating to such content.

If you do not wish for images or videos from your wedding day to be used for promotional purposes, you must notify us in writing prior to the wedding date. Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed where media has already been published or forms part of wider event photography.

We are not responsible for lateness caused by traffic delays or road closures. All journeys will depart from base allowing adequate time for delays.

We are not responsible for lateness caused by acts of god.

In the event of a breakdown we shall do our upmost to replace the vehicle with an equal alternative. A percentage refund will also be offered in this case.

If in the event of a break down and we can not replace the car we shall offer a full refund in full and final settlement.
Showtime wedding cars reserves the right to cancel your booking without the need to repay any monies if any staff members or our vehicles are mistreated in any way shape or form.

Violence will not be tolerated to any staff members / chauffeurs or vehicles.

Damages / breakages will be charged accordingly.

All of our vehicles are NONE SMOKING

All booking slots are only valid for the addresses and journeys mentioned on the pre-agreed booking form.

All single transfer packages will be allocated up to a 1 hour time slot. All full wedding packages will be allocated up to a 3 hour time slot. Each hour after these time slots will be charged at £50 per hour.
